It was a comfortable stay. It was so nice to have access to the beach towels, chairs, and boogie boards. Breakfast was good. Easy walk to the beach and food. We enjoyed the food at The Placery in the Hyatt Place too.

Pool was closed for repair for the entire month of August with no advance notice that there would be no pool available on the property. The elevators are undersized for the hotel. Wait times were often longer than 5 minutes.

Efficient staff, large room, more amenities than anyplace I’ve stayed. Near beach and many great restaurants. Easy to get all around Waikīkī. I loved the staff so kind and willing to help. Joy at the front desk was always available for my needs. Hospitality needs to be trained by this staff simply the best.

Had a good stay at the hotel. good place to rest, and clean up, room was clean and housekeeping did a great job.

Our only complaint was the food vouchers we received ($75 and $5 daily) were not explained well enough so we did not get the benefit. According to the hotel you must use the $75 first, and then the $5 daily kicks in. We ended up leaving money because we did not use it fast enough

We paid for a city view, but also had a view of the mountains and the ocean! The daily breakfast was excellent, many different options each day. We also enjoyed the $5 per day snack bar credit and the $75 meal credit provided through Travelzoo. The $20 rather than $35 per day was also a bonus. The location was excellent, a hop, skip, and a jump from the beach. Close to all transportation options and easy Uber pick-ups as well. We didn't hear any other guests through the walls. It was very quiet except for some street noise at night. The AC was a blessing on hot days! The elevator was a bit of a wait at times, but being on the 7th floor, we sometimes just took the stairs. Valet parking was always full, so we parked in garage across the street for only $35 per day. Overall, I loved staying hear and would go back and also recommend to others.
