The whole hotel needs a refresh. Room was dark. We were looking forward to the balcony feature of our room but it was unusable…noise, darkness and on an alley. Bathroom tile needed a good clean.

We went for a girls trip and we loved the hotel. Great location a few blocks from Bourbon Street but not too close. The ambiance in the lobby was relaxing. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable; nice furniture. I would definitely go back.

Beautiful hotel, well maintained, exceptional staff. We love New Orleans and this made our visit even better. Walking distance to WWII Museum and great food. Had friends book at hotel as well. Met daily in Pete’s over cocktails to decide evening itinerary. Enjoyed pool 15th floor. Felt like home.

This hotel is a favorite of mine. I really enjoy staying here. It's close to all of my favorite things to do. The check with the front desk person was amazing. She offered some new things to do around the city.
