Met some awesome guests at the different bars. The one-bedroom suite was amazing! Didn't want to leave. Steve, valet, should be called, "Ambassador Steve!'! Camilla (sp) was awesome upon check in. Reflections Pool bartenders especially Jessie was AMAZING along with Nicholas. Their bar back was great! Doug at the Blue Level pool bar was a natural. A huge shoutout to Deryck (sp), the do it ALL guy (Semper Fi) and Vincent who was so gracious upon our check out! A breakfast buffet would be a wonderful addition. There were a few hick-ups but nothing big. We will definitely visit again. Hilton needs to not forget the locals. An all-inclusive stay would be amaing (Like Sandpiper Resort in Port St. Lucie, FL)

The Hotel was very nice and clean, the pools were well kept and the poolside service at the Resort Pool and Adult Pool were great.

The Gluten Free food options poolside were limited but good, the breakfast options were extremely limited causing us to go off property for breakfast.

The wait staff at all restaurants and bars were great. Oriana M was fantastic at the lobby bar. 5 star for sure. Ella at the pool bar was fantastic as well.

It would be nice if there was a smoking area for example, where there are the fire pits on the roof top bar, that would have been a perfect location to smoke cigars with friends and family. We saw that there were several smoking areas on the premises but they only had one or maybe two benches which wasn't big enough. It would have been nice to have a large area, sitting around a fireplace/firepit where a group of friends can sit and smoke cigars. Ella was great at the roof top bar. Also it appears everything close down so early. The roof top bar and hot tub should stay open 24/7. I think the prices of the drinks and food are kinda pricey for what you get. The bartenders are great but there should be a larger pour of alcohol for the prices that are charged. Free shuttle service from the Punta Gorda airport would have been nice.

The resort is shiny and new! The location has a spectacular view of Port Charlotte Harbor but the property does not maximize this it's focal point attraction. It seems to focus more on the food court and underutilizes the views. Instead, it should have the outdoor bar scene, both on the rooftop and patios, to focus on the view. It's very much a "cruise ship" feel to the property. Overall its a huge new property.

The biggest highlight at Sunseeker was the staff — helpful, proactive, and genuinely warm throughout our stay. The rooftop pool is a standout, and the food hall was perfect for families: relaxed, no dress code, varied menu, and reasonably priced. Exactly what a vacation should feel like.
A few things worth flagging for management: fresh fish options in the food hall would be a natural fit for this type of resort; the rooftop pool policy is more complicated than it needs to be; and most significantly, the pool was closed for part of our stay due to a corporate event. This is the second Hilton property this quarter where I’ve been blocked from a primary amenity for that reason. When guests are paying amenity fees, losing access to what drew them there in the first place isn’t a small thing — and I’d encourage Hilton to take a hard look at this practice.
Overall, a lovely property with a warm team behind it. Address the access issue and it’s a five-star stay.
