Other than very loud music in bar, we enjoyed our stay. Nice to have dining room (with very good food) and bar on the premises. And front desk staff so knowledgeable and helpful. Justin W was so patient and helpful booking excursions for us. Would return, for sure.

Perfect location, safe neighborhood, clean room, helpful staff, easy access to public transportation, and GREAT extras. We had so much fun and I hope this hotel continues to use Travelzoo.

Right on cable car line plus deal got us all day transportation passes and 2 complimentary cocktails. Hotel also had happy Hpur every day 4-6 pm. Close enough to Canal street but far enough from noise and dirty streets of Grench Quarter. Good breakfast next to Hotel.

Our king room was very spacious and the bathroom was really nice. Unfortunately the soundproofing in the room was minimal, and the garbage truck woke us up each morning. Additionally, nearby construction caused a water shutoff from 11am on one day of our stay, which the hotel notified us of the evening before. Front desk personnel were very friendly, although we did have to call down multiple times one evening to get fresh towels and additional toilet paper. The welcome drinks in the bar were excellent and much appreciated. Overall, it was a decent stay.

Hotel was very cute, service was fantastic, everyone was very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our toilet as soon as we checked in and they addressed it immediately. We requested extra pillows and slippers and they brought them immediately. Water pressure was a little weak, but not horrible. Roof pool is beautiful and heated year round. All around fantastic experience.
