We had an early morning flight and arrived to the hotel very early. Brian the doorman was very welcoming and helpful. Sierra the front desk clerk provided us with quick and efficient check in. .I did not expect that our room would be reasy but it was.. Exceptional customer service provided by all. I will definitely recommend anyone visiting New Orleans to stay here.

Hotel was nice. Food was good - we ate both dinner and brunch. We had drinks in the very nice bar. Not sure tiled floor in rooms was our favorite.

We didn't like that we could not get Fox News in our hotel room. Clear bias on part of the hotel. All of the other typical news channels offered. Would not return for that reason.

Easy check in. Our flight came in around 11:00 am and they had a room ready. We spent one afternoon on the rooftop where pool and bar was located, James the bartender was great and very attentive. The location of the hotel was perfect. Will definitely return.
