Great hotel location. Liked the gym. No closet so had to hang shirts on chair - downside. Nice bed and shower. Temp in the room was warmer than desired and couldn't control that well. Nice updates and clean. NY is expensive so this deal really helped so I could stay where desired and in a nice spot.

I found 70 Park Ave via a Travelzoo email deal and had been wanting to see a show on Broadway, we were able to easy reserve on line and the hotel was better than expected, very clean you could smell the cleaness and all staff were very friendly and accommodating. We did have tickets to see a show on Broadway it was a little over a mile away and we chose to wak which only took about 20 minutes. The hotel is close to Times Square as well as the Theatre Disctrict Rockafella Center etc Great experience we will definitely reserve this hotel again

Convenient to Grand Central Station. Spacious rooms for the price and on the quiet part of Park Avenue. Staff is so friendly and helpful. I liked the fact that there was no restaurant because there were no smells of food and the lobby was never busy, plus it encourages you to get out and try other places in the city, such as Scandinavia House a few doors down!
