Great location. Walking distance to downtown area, but far enough not to be loud or obnoxious. Right next to Distillery which was a nice touch.

The hotel location , staff and room was great. It’s a 15 minute walk to downtown restaurants and sights are plusses.

I thought having to pay to park in the hotel parking lot yourself was excessive. Also there’s construction with cranes blocking the view of the water. This is also a pet friendly hotel and we were disturbed by a little dog that would not quit barking at 10:30 at night. Had to call the front desk to get the owners to take care of it. I’m a dog lover just not when I’m trying to get some sleep

The parking rate is stated at $22, but after taxes it is $25/day. Don't be misled. We had no trouble finding parking at the hotel.
The hotel automatically closed out our bill on July 20. We did not know this until we arrived home 6 days later. We were unable to review the charges for the first 4 days. We did receive a bill for July 21 - July 24, which appeared correct. But no way to evaluate the charges of the first part of the stay. We weren't even told they closed out the bill.
The hotel is 7 months old as of July 2026. It's a very nice hotel and worth the rate of $99/night weekdays. Thank you Travelzoo for a great rate.

The refrigerator would not maintain the temperature of 40 degrees. We often returned to the room to 54 degrees, which was unacceptable to store our medication. We had maintenance look at the refrigerator and were advised to depress the quick cool button. We had to do this at least twice a day.
The shower drain was clogged. Maintenance resolved that.
The ice maker/water dispenser on each guest floor was appreciated.
We were told housekeeping would visit every other day. By the third day the trash needed to be emptied, even though we didn't mind making the bed ourselves. The hotel should consider a community trashcan by the ice maker to assist with the every other day housekeeping issue.
We attempted to order dinner in the bar area one evening. We sat at a table after obtaining menus from the bar. We waited 30 minutes and after seeing other hotel guests with food and drinks, no one greeted us or instructed us where to order. We departed and went to a nearby restaurant outside the hotel.
The Travelzoo rate, convenience of parking, and proximity to the historic downtown area, made this trip worthwhile.

The hotel is exceptionally clean, with extremely helpful, friendly staff! They even provided us with umbrellas for the daily afternoon Florida showers! The only small drawbacks were a very small pool, and the balconies overlook a power plant and a massive construction site. But the location to a variety of excellent coffee shops, restaurants, on the trolley stop & easy walk downtown made it worth it!

Nice hotel, understaffed at the front desk. Also, parking is not from the hotel. It’s a separate app and charges $25/night incl tax to self park.
The hotel charges the whole amount plus extra $50 for incidentals at check in. Then they charge the actual amount at check out. It takes 3 days for the first one to drop off.

Mostly good, but some very poor. Room was not made up even though we were out all day. Hotel failed to send receipts by email, failed again when asked , then kept me on hold interminably then refused to answer the phone. Dreadful service in this respect. Breakfasts excellent. Parking ridiculously expensive. Waterfront photo very misleading VERY misleading.Paper cups!! In a proper hotel it has to be China, surely. Mean supplies of coffee….
