The check-in process was easy. We were offered an oceanfront room upgrade. considering that price that we paid. We gladly paid for the upgrade and we got the most beautiful view from our room was almost like being on a cruise ship. All staff were very friendly and accommodating. If you do have a rental car, please be aware, but there is only an option for valet parking which was $55 a night or you could try to find parking on the street if This offer ever comes up again would definitely purchase as we do go to Hawaii a couple times a year.

All staff were very friendly willing to help and they look like they really enjoyed working there. I wish you had more happy hour options as a salad a hamburger or french fries were the only options. Thank you for having beach chairs available. That was a nice perk. Thank you for our stay will definitely be back.

Everything was good except at check in some staff did not mention the extras included in the resort fee I had several people approach me when I got a chair and towels asking where I got them. When I checked in I asked about the extras as the young lady did not mention them. Other than that Everything was good, house keeping very good. And bell also good as the side building did not have an elevator and they carried my luggage to the 3rd floor.

Enjoyed the location as out of the hubbub of downtown Waikiki. Rooms are small (and clean) and need some upgrades, both physical and decor wise. Service staff friendly and professional. Dining is fabulous for both luncheon and dinner … food tasty, nicely presented, and F & B team excellent. Location on a nice beach without a huge crowd is a great selling point. Wonderful stay overall.
