There were no available pool towels the entire time we were there! If I was the manager I would Amazon overnight pool towels. They ran out by 10AM both days. Also the drinks are luxury hotel prices. It’s not a luxury hotel. Work to be done!

Beautiful property. Nice pools. Fun atmosphere. Great staff. Room was spacious but could hear everything going on next room over in the middle of the night.

We were so pleased with everything at the resort from the staff to the grounds. Breakfast by the pool with crispy bacon, lots of scrambled eggs and tater tots was exceptional. We played outside like kids, everything from corn hole to ping pong. The room was nicely decorated with coastal motif and a comfortable king sized bed. Our room faced the mangrove-lined bay with lots of birds. Since we were there during Christmas week, it was hard to get a reservation for the hourly tram ride to downtown Key West.

My husband and I chose this resort for a quick 2 day Christmas getaway. It is newly renovated and clean. Everyone on the team was very nice and professional.
I booked a king, ocean front room. From the photos, it looks as though you can look out the window and see nothing but ocean. Unfortunately, the truth is that you see a parking lot, a busy 4 lane highway and THEN the ocean. Our room had a king bed and a sofa bed. There is a small fridge and a single cup coffee maker. The AC was fantastic and the beds were very comfortable. Unfortunately our toilet would not stop running when we got there. They have a text message concierge service and someone was in our room within the hour to fix it. He thought he had fixed it but as soon as he left it started running again. We simply turned the water off. We were told by concierge that someone would be out to fix it the next day (by this time it was 10PM and we were tired) but no one ever came back to check it. There are only 2 elevators for the entire hotel and they are painfully slow.
If you are offered a breakfast voucher package skip it. It is supposedly a $25 value per person. You have 3 options. 1. A bowl of fruit that can't cost more than 5 dollars to put together. 2. Two eggs with "bacon" (I put bacon in quotes because both times it was shriveled up bacon fat with no meat at all), 2 lightly toasted pieces of white bread and what they call breakfast potatoes which were simply tater tots. Or 3. A breakfast sandwich that was scrambled eggs and cheese on a hamburger bun and tater tots. The beverages offered were water, orange juice or the absolute weakest coffee I have ever drank in my life. Most of the guests had walked over to the Starbucks to get coffee and I quickly learned why.
This should be advertised as a family friendly resort. If you have kids they will be highly entertained. There are 2 small pools and in between them is a grassy area filled with games like ping pong, shuffle board, and corn hole. If we had known it was such a popular place for families we would have chosen a different spot, but that is on me for not doing my research. Both pools were full of kids (elementary school age) having a good time. I'm all for it, just not the vibe I was looking for on this trip. There is no ocean/beach access so do not stay here if you are looking for that. There is a shuttle that runs every hour that takes you into old town which is great. It is free (have cash to tip the driver), clean and our driver was very friendly. You do need to reserve your spot on the shuttle with the front desk. If you show up to the shuttle spot with out a reservation, unless there is extra room, you will not be allowed on the shuttle. There are 3 bars on property with daily happy hours. We only had one drink and it was well made.
At check in you will be charged a $100 security deposit that is supposedly refundable. It's been 3 days since check out and we have not heard anything from them regarding the deposit.

Overall a great experience. Staff was very helpful especially Janae who provided great insight to local restaurants and events. 15$ uber ride to town. Included breakfast was very light with only 3 options a side note they cannot make tea at breakfast ? My only concern is the rosters love to wake you up at 230 in the morning. Would definitely go back if there was a good offer. My only request would be a room away from the ground so my friend wouldn’t wake me up.
