This was the perfect hotel! The location is walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and attractions and the staff is very kind and welcoming. The valet was very easy for in/out and the $25/day credit was perfect for snacks or breakfast. We would definitely go back!

The desk did not have enough help. There was only one person and there should have been two. Wait times were long. Restaurants food was not served hot but rather lukewarm and coffee was not hot.

Staffing issues. Upon arrival at past 4pm told they didn't have any rooms. Asked how long it would be and told they couldn't say as we had our luggage in hand. Then given a room almost immediately. Just was a stressful way to start without checking for options yet. Asked if we wanted maid service. Said yes but maid did not come at all during our 2 day stay. Only on the day were were checking out knocking on our door before check oit time. Restaurant had multiple tables in need of clean up. Looked trashy with so many tables not cleared. Food was terrible. At check out, I had a feeling they would try to not give us our $25 per day food credit and we were correct. They had to call someone over to 'fix' our bill staring they are not sure how it was missed. The hotel had lovely decor but they definitely had staffing ussues so would never recommend.

We enjoyed it, though there were a few hiccups. Valet parking was not available as stated in the deal. We had a little trouble at checkout, as some promised credits were not there. This was quickly rectified. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

Apple maps doesn't seem to know exactly where the hotel is located. My iPhone GPS got us close, but we were a block away when it told us we had arrived. Stumbled across it while circling the block.

The location was walkable to everything in the Old Port. The price for parking with the Travelzoo booking was reasonable.

The room had no niceties at all, from toss-pillow-sized bed pillows to a non-smart smart tv, yet it had a Bluetooth bathroom mirror. It just didn't make sense. The courtyard was technically open but the furniture was covered (the weather was in the 80s). Most members of the hotel staff were not friendly or even polite. The housecleaning did not clean well – didn't replenish drinking glasses, coffee cups, etc and left dirty glasses in the room.

Travelzoo advertised the hotel offered an iced coffee and cookie station in the afternoon. When we inquired the staff said this was not available. Two bottles of water per room per day was advertised - this did not happen. Water as purchased at the gift shop. For a higher end hotel our room was not cleaned during our two day visit. New towels were not provided and our bed was not make up. Disappointing to return at the end of the day to see our room in the same condition we left it in in the morning.
