The location of the property was great. Close to attractions and trolley/ and stops. Close to Seaport Village and Petco Park area. All walkable and close to Coronado Island ferry as well.Staff were all friendly and helpful. It's wonderful that Embassy Suites have free breakfast and cocktail hour.

Wonderful place to stay and would stay there again if I were to visit San Diego at another time.

The hotel was in a very good location. We took the train and it was just a short walk to the hotel. Room was very clean and comfortable. The evening reception with cocktails and appetizer was very nice as was the breakfast. The staff was very nice. I have no complaints.

We had a $25 credit allowed by the destination fee and spent it in the gift shop.

Breakfast in the morning was excellent. We are Hilton Honor members. Check in girl was wonderful and we were upgraded. Sports Bar bartender was friendly and helpful, as well as the happy hour hotel reception bartender. All employees were service orientated, and very friendly. Even the time-share Hilton employee was kind. Great crew at this hotel!

It was nice that they held our luggage after our cruise. Our room was not ready until after 2 PM, which was acceptable. Unfortunately, there was a large crowd in the bar. a convention, I guess, that made a lot of noise. we could even hear in our room on the ninth floor. other than that everything was fine.

The hotel and room were really nice and in a great location. The breakfast and kickback were pretty lame. Same thing every day. Potatoes, eggs and pancakes. Budwieser beer and carrots at night. But there were awesome pubs and restaurants all around in seaport village. An airport shuttle would have been nice. Had to use cabs and Lyft to get there. The free paddle boards/kayaks excursion were too far away to access . Sounds like no one else uses them for that reason also. (About 5 miles away). Overall a great vacation.
