It was nice that they held our luggage after our cruise. Our room was not ready until after 2 PM, which was acceptable. Unfortunately, there was a large crowd in the bar. a convention, I guess, that made a lot of noise. we could even hear in our room on the ninth floor. other than that everything was fine.

The hotel and room were really nice and in a great location. The breakfast and kickback were pretty lame. Same thing every day. Potatoes, eggs and pancakes. Budwieser beer and carrots at night. But there were awesome pubs and restaurants all around in seaport village. An airport shuttle would have been nice. Had to use cabs and Lyft to get there. The free paddle boards/kayaks excursion were too far away to access . Sounds like no one else uses them for that reason also. (About 5 miles away). Overall a great vacation.

We go to SD frequently because of our adult children live out here but this is the first time staying at an embassy suites. We really enjoyed the room how spacious it was and all the amenities. The location was great!

The hotel location staff was very nice! The only complaint that I have is the breakfast. It’s certainly not like it used to be. It seemed like everything is just cooked with no love and no taste. The other thing is the parking the pricing is outrageous. you already pay enough for the room I don’t understand why you can’t do better on the parking price.

Every floor has bending machine and water dispenser for jug. Spacious room with ocean view was very nice and close to the seaport village and other eating places. Staffs were very kind and courteous.

Unorganized with breakfast serving /room making too much noise from fan not turning off / shower door fixed should be other side / first night I could not sleep because of the noise even with ear plugs

The staff was exemplary. Everyone from Curtis at the cars to everyone at the front desk, (I forgot to note their names) were friendly and bent over backwards to be helpful. In all 8 of us stayed there and everyone was delighted with the hotel and especially the staff; The rooms had recently been renovated and we all remarked on how well-designed, modern and comfortable they. The hotel has an atrium, an architectural feature that was big in the 70's and 80's and that was pretty cool.
