it was a 2-night getaway before Thanksgiving. The Travelzoo coupon was not to be honored on T-giving eve or day so we came the 2 days prior

The room and grounds were very nice. We had the normal parking fee and resort fee waived with the Travelzoo offer. The resort is remote and inaccessible by any means other than automobile or taxi. The grounds had enormous parking lot space available. Why charge for self park? The resort fee was to cover wifi and tea and coffee in the room. Most all hotels offer this free of charge. There was a 3% surcharge on all restaurant and bar purchases supposedly for creating a "friendly work environment". Why not pay the staff better so they believe it's a good work environment?

Riverview view rooms have a nice view of the grounds and out to the river and the gorge. The food at the restaurant was quite good; not so good at the bar.
