The hotel is very nice and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The best part was that is pretty close to the aquarium which is beautiful. Perfect plan for family with kids

I think the service on the bar of the hotel is poor and also by the pool no attendance for offering drinks or food. Other than that the hotel is clean and beautiful

There was a bit of confusion at check in. The hotel showed that we had also booked an extra room for the day before our arrival date and had charged me for the room and a no show penalty. This, however, was quickly corrected by the hotel staff when given the printout of the reservation provided by you.

This is an exceptional hotel for families looking to explore the island. There are so many things to do onsite that would balance the rich history of the island itself.

It was one of the best resort hotel experiences I have had in a long time here at Moody Gardens. The staff was amazing especially Lori at valet up front very kind and professional customer service made us feel like family but so did the entire staff. Very clean rooms and they looked like they were just remodeled with new clean everything. Hightech bathroom and amazing view. I highly recommend this resort hotel if you want a great relaxing time away from home.

If you come to the resort hotel make sure to find Lori at the front in valet she will make your whole trip worth it with her amazing additude and helpful caring family way about her. She will make you want to come back and enjoy waking up each morning to go down and see her to have a great conversation before taking the cart to the rainforest or aquarium. I'll be back because of her!

My family of 5 booked 2 rooms through a promotion that included the Aquarium and Rain Forest attractions. These added benefits were excellent with the small children. Each room was sufficient as booked. Since it was a holiday period, the rate was a fantastic value.

had excellent stay at the Moody Gardens Hotel, and the extra perk for free visit to the Rain forest & Marine exhibit made it even greater, room was clean,bathroom was huge compared to others, mattress was good( I have a bad back, hard to impress me) staff treated me like family,enjoyed the excellent Christmas displays, will definitely look to them on next trip to Galveston
