Had a little trouble finding the parking lot and from there getting to the lobby. The property is huge, as they have different buildings. Some signage was hard to follow. The food was great. The walls a little thin as we had some noisy neighbors.
Other Comments
There was a little confusion as to where we could eat to get the $10 credit. Dragon, or whatever that restaurant is, is not part of the Hilton.

Hotel was great - close to the French Quarter but not in the fray. Restaurant at the hotel was very good broiled oysters there were exceptional. Staff was welcoming. TravelZoo rate plus included meal credits made this an exceptional value. ( Half the price we were quoted elsewhere!)
Other Comments
Hotel was very busy with fans for the NFL Saints game that weekend- but no impact on service, Consider taking the streetcars - one of which stops at the hotel.

They were very responsive to our text inquiries regarding a faulty toilet. We really enjoyed the convenient location to Bourbon street and various downtime attractions. As first time tourists in the city it was a great jumping off point for our daily adventures which included a walking food tour, a plantation and swamp tour, a donut tour, and a historic van tour.
