Hotel location was excellent. Subway 2 blocks away. Restaurant w/outdoor seating connected to Hotel--great option; Hotel bar: Great space to drink & mingle. Upper West Side--Great neighborhood w/variety of stores. Hotel lobbu lounge areas had great vibes w/music to create & enhance the atmosphere experience.

Front desk staff was wonderful and helpful. Great location for us. Only drawback was the free "grab 'n go" breakfast. Coffee was not good and pastries were stale. Otherwise, a great experience!
