The hotel is in a great location. The rooms are a little tight, there is on going construction on the street and it was a little difficult to access but overall it was good time.

This hotel is in a PERFECT location! The Chicago River is just a block away, and there's a lot of restaurants and nightlife right by the hotel. It took about 20 minutes to walk to Navy Pier, and even less to Millennium Park. Having a Yolk breakfast restaurant right next door was so convenient.
The lobby is nice looking, and the bar always had customers. They have a room service menu, but we didn't use it. They also let us check in way before 4pm, which was greatly appreciated!
The room itself is in need of new furniture. The nightstands were all chipped and sad looking. Thankfully, the bed was very comfortable. We had a "city view" room (think not a good view) and it was amazingly quiet!
We'd definitely stay here again next time we go to Chicago! Hopefully with another great rate from TravelZoo.

The valet parking situation was a little different than the usual (no valet desk out front), but the car was always brought super quickly when called. The hotel was clean, felt safe and the room was beautiful. Plus, the location cannot be beat.
