Not really staff seemed bothered when i asked for an explanation of the bill. I just left. Do not like to deal with rude people.

There was an issue with the room - there was no smoke detector and apparently at 11pm the front desk thought that it was a safety issue and needed to be fixed. They then sent the engineer to the wrong room and a quick fix took over an hour. Super frustrating and affected the rating of the stay.

They switched the room that I booked from the Marina Tower, which was fully renovated and in the main building to the Bay Tower, that was very dated and old

Beautiful setting, great room and facilities and nice staff. Only complaint is long lines for front desk and finding a person to answer quick questions, while navigating the resort. Breakfast lunes were also pretty long. Mostly a great visit, though!

The staff and service in the hotel were excellent. The room was very nice. The only frustrating thing about the experience was the paid ($55 a night) self parking. The automatic gate neither worked for entering or exiting no matter how many times we exchanged cards. So we needed to call the attendants every time.
