Beautiful setting, great room and facilities and nice staff. Only complaint is long lines for front desk and finding a person to answer quick questions, while navigating the resort. Breakfast lunes were also pretty long. Mostly a great visit, though!

The staff and service in the hotel were excellent. The room was very nice. The only frustrating thing about the experience was the paid ($55 a night) self parking. The automatic gate neither worked for entering or exiting no matter how many times we exchanged cards. So we needed to call the attendants every time.

I was honestly very impressed with the staff at this hotel. Every person I interacted with from the airport shuttle drivers, to the cleaning g staff, to the waitress and towel girl at the pool were incredibly helpful and courteous. The hotel itself is lovely and lively. There were alway people in the large lobby, working, meeting or just relaxing and enjoying the ocean breeze.
There is a gift shop and a snack shop on site which was very convenient for a last minute gift and a late night snack.
My only complaint was that my room was near the elevator so I was woken up at 4:30 when the cleaning staff started to arrive and I was given an ADA room (not sure why?).

I’d like to really compliment the staff at this resort. They were all very hard working and so friendly. They left the best impression on my stay.

Everything about this place was perfect for our needs - close to airport with easy access via hotel shuttle, close to San Diego sites, most within a $10 Uber or Lyft ride away, walking distance to some very nice restaurants (in addition to hotel restaurants) and beautifully designed and decorated room with stunning harbor views from the balcony. We will definitely be back another time.
