The hotel has no casinos so it is in a perfect location as there is a casino right across the driveway. So it's the best of both worlds.

Fantastic location! The room was spacious, clean, comfortable. Buffet was good. Loved that the indoor pool was available to adults only 10p to midnight. Nice size hot tub. All clean with towels provided at pool. Required valet was quick. Dole whip was yummy (when machine was working). Check in/out was quick. Only negative really was the QR code to get room service was impossible to navigate.
The location was right at state line, next to casino on one side and the major village shopping activity gondola on the other. Best location ever for lake he unless you rather be icloser to the lake.
Oh the free shuttle was convenient too. Also, a Perfect place for families with family movie at night in the pool area..

What a wonderful hotel tucked right in South Lake Tahoe. The staff were very friendly and everything was so clean. The indoor pool and hot tub was a fun addition!

We enjoyed the resort despite having to change rooms on our second day due to a broken AC unit that made very loud noises all night long. The staff was really not helpful at all and required 5 follow up calls/visits to the front desk to get this issue resolved.

The location is fantastic, within walking distance to everything we wanted to do and see. The rooms are spacious and well designed.

I have no complaints other than the breakfast buffet. While the price was very good, our experience was not as good as it could have been. The breakfast buffet was open from 7 am to 11 am. We visited at 10:30 am. The food was still plentiful but much of the hot items were NOT HOT! Self-service coffee was almost cold; the eggs and chorizo were almost cold. I felt like the hot items had not been replenished in the past hour and therefore were cold or barely warm.

It says resort but doesn't have much. The pool had very strong clorine smell and didn't want to deep my skin to that clorine rich water and paying $40 per night for the parking was excessive. I liked the idea of door and having a suite but the walls were thin and does not really protect one from hearing everything going on in the livingroom. Not to mention, thorugh cleaning is necessary. I dropped my earbud case under the sofa and the filth!!! not only disappointed with the hotel, but the travelzoo for recommending such a place. I do review travelzoo regularly but I won't be doing that that much.
