Despite I was on the sick side, but ok, this was a beautiful hotel, food delicious, wonderful service and a most enjoyable vacation at Margaritaville Resort.

I am so sorry as I not 100% sure, but I believe Tiffany was helping up with weather texts, other updates and she was wonderful in her service.

What a great deal for the hotel. The hotel is big, so it’s a little walk to some of the rooms, but that’s ok, they are worth it. The rooms are an amazingly spacious size. Very quiet, never heard any foot traffic. The drink and food vouchers were definitely a plus as well. The Casinos are a short walk away. Would definitely visit the resort again.

The rooms were big and very nice and the beds were extra comfy. It was a great location as well. The only complaint I have is that we were forced to use the valet which is a ridiculous amount of money. $40 a day. Will probably won’t stay here again just for that reason.

Location at Stateline is very strategic (Casinos right across the street. We found the Golden Nugget superior to the other three casinos). Unfortunately, the pool is inside, totally kid occupied. The gym is small but adequate. We had read online that they had beach access, which actually does not exist. The TravelZoo rate per night was unbeatable. At checkout, I had to work with the staff to have the $50/night dining credit added for two of the four nights; as well as have the $40 valet reduced to the TravelZoo $18/night rate. We did enjoy the free margaritas, which were part of the TravelZoo package.
Overall, a great deal on an all suite resort!

I visited with a friend. The beds were very comfortable. The service was all very lovely. We actually stayed two days and almost never left the compound. We had an enjoyable visit to Regis music session at the outdoor bar lounge and lunch there later we were at the I think it was BV and oysters and a super Fish stew. And we had great service from I think it was Katelyn or car or something like that in the valet service. She was lovely and deserves 10 stars Catherine at the desk was very helpful and very nice. Really, everything was top-notch. Two days of rest and it was lovely thank you

The customer service was incredibly lacking. The air conditioning was not properly operational, restaurant service was terrible and nothing is open until after noon. While the majority of the hotel was clean we had a dust "log" with a 2 inch diameter coming out of the vent in the bathroom. There were no screens on the window and a large yellow jacket population outside the window so the option to leave it open for fresh air did not exist. There was a large amount of broken glass near the fire pits which did not get cleaned up.
