When we checked in, we were assigned a single room accommodation. My purchase with Travelzoo was for a two room suite. We returned to the front desk where the clerk reviewed our reservation and struggled to find a suite to accommodate us. During checkout the front desk clerk attempted to overcharge our travelzoo rate. We asked to speak to a manager. Fortunately, the manager was able to correct the bill and process the payment. FYI, we were not offered the two complimentary drinks from the Pacci Bar.

The bathroom did not have bar soap. Another trip to the front desk. But the front desk was always accommodating. Regarding Saturday Wine Hour ,the quantity of the complementary snacks was grossly insufficient for the number of guests. 4 of us shared one crostini.

Love this chain of dog-friendly hotels. Also sometimes somewhat quirky but this one was pretty normal. Many have lovely outdoor seating spaces enclosed by the hotel.

There were dogs everywhere, never went to lobby or had breakfast (losing $20 a day). Also lost the free drink because of lobby situation.

it was a really nice stay but I booked a 1 bdrm suite with 2 queen beds and they had us a king bed. my friend and I did not want to sleep together so the put us in just a room with 2 queens....we did not get a suite but paid the travelzoo price for the suite.
