We really enjoy our stay at this hotel. We would definitely return.

The spa could have been open later than 6 p.m. The sauna in the men's locker room wasn't working properly and the co-ed steam room wasn't working at all.

The hotel itself was fine. The Wi-Fi was absolutely horrendous. Every time I picked up my phone or iPad, we had to sign back in. It was not user-friendly and annoying.

This was our first transaction with TravelZoo, and I am very impressed. Booking was easy, price was a good value, especially since it included valet parking in a center city location and a generous credit toward breakfast. The hotel was great -- nice facility, very pleasant and engaged staff, and a great location in the heart of the city.

Stayed here a few times and love this hotel. Rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff are helpful and friendly. The hotel is located in a great area within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and venues. We've dined in the morning at their restaurant and its great. Attentive waitstaff and great tasting cooked to order food. All in all a great place to stay.
