Overall, very satisfied with our stay, and it was a good value for the money. Next, we will visit with our son and his request to hotel management to provide some good toys.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Viata in Austin, and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm Texas hospitality and a level of service that truly made me feel like a valued guest. The property itself is stunning—nestled in the hills of West Austin, it offers a peaceful escape with beautiful views and an upscale, Tuscan-inspired ambiance. The lobby and common areas are elegant yet cozy, and everything is immaculately maintained. My room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, with plush bedding, luxurious amenities, and a private balcony that overlooked the serene courtyard. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the city. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant, which served delicious food with fresh ingredients and excellent presentation. The outdoor terrace dining area was particularly lovely in the evenings. The spa and fitness facilities were equally impressive—modern, clean, and perfect for unwinding. The staff deserves a special mention—everyone from the front desk to housekeeping went above and beyond to ensure I had a memorable stay. They were knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely kind. If you're looking for a charming boutique hotel in Austin that offers both luxury and comfort in a tranquil setting, Hotel Viata is a must-visit. I’m already looking forward to my next stay!

We loved it, felt like we were in Italy. We enjoyed sitting outside having before dinner cocktails on the patio before our delicious dinner in the restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful in every aspect of our stay.

Nice and quiet. We thought it would be more out in nature, hotel close to Barton Springs Mall.

Nice hotel with great restaurant. We visited for our anniversary and football game weekend. The weather was perfect to dine on the patio, and the food was very good at The Laurel on site restaurant. And the do have GF options, but not pizza, pasta or bread. Close enough to town to visit the football game easily and other restaurants to meet friends and family. Would return.

The hotel is beautiful! It is an older hotel but has some modern touches. The Robin suite was spacious. The bathroom was very large and updated. The shower was great! The closet is also large. The views from our room were of the hillside so that was a plus. The hotel is clean and well-kept. The courtyard area is beautiful especially with the lighting at night. We only visited the pool area once, but it was nice as well. We did not eat at the hotel other than a bit of gelato which was good. The fitness center is nice as well. The staff was professional and accommodating. Our only issue was with the television, but maintenance took care of it. Overall, a good stay and good value.

The lady that answers the front desk phone, don't know her name? I needed assistance and after the first call she answered she wouldn't pick up again, so I kept calling and at the same time my husband went downstairs and the phone was ringing next to her.
