"This hotel is unbelievable! It is really one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in and I’ve stayed in a lot of nice hotels. The grounds are beautiful, the pool area is beautiful and my room had a beautiful view overlooking the courtyard and the hills full of trees past that. You can’t go wrong by staying in this beautiful hotel."

Upon arrival, bellhop/valet was very friendly and the front desk staff (Ambrian at the time) was very friendly, helpful and efficient. Hotel looked "clean" and nice. Only two concerns really ....1) A/C was sporadic and could not seem to keep up. 2) finish out the room was lacking. Too many loud doors in the room. Bed was comfy.

Upscale but at the same time, family-friendly. Good food options. Wish they showed the Kids Menu on their website. If we had known about it, we could have ordered our daughter something she would have liked. Also, they didn't offer Pina Coladas at the pool bar which would have been nice.

the pool was the worst I've seen in a awhile. It was murky and looked soooo dirty! no music and the people didn't look like they were staying there. The bar and the pool had no music. Gross!!!

I traveled with my daughter for a girl trip. This hotel may be the most beautiful hotel I have been to within the USA so far. The location was perfect. We absolutely loved the entire surrounding hillside communities and all the excursions we took. We thought the spa amenities were too pricey, or we would have booked a facial. But despite that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend the Hotel Aviata.
