It was a great location for all the activities we were doing. All our tour pick ups were within walking distance. The train to the ball park was just across the street. Plenty of food options.

The hotel knew nothing about the Shell gas gift card that was part of my package. I wrote to Travel Zoo to try to resolve this matter. Staffing was a bit hectic and unreliable-possibly an under-staffing issue.

They gave us a room on the first floor and it smelled of rotting fish…. No exaggeration. I asked for a different room and they immediately gave us a different room.

Nice hotel in a great location. Easy walk to Ferry Building, Fort Mason, Marina Green, Chinatown and North Beach. It’s nice to be able to bring your dog.
