Wish restaurant food would have greater variety including Cobb salads, club or BLT’s. Very limited for lunch.
Also, many guests including us that smoke had no place to put our cigarette butts and no place to sit down. Fine with smoking in parking area but you have a dog walk but nothing for us. Saw as many as 6 people out smoking in the evening. I would prefer not to litter. Thank you.

Nice property, the room was clean and comfortable. We did have an additional "tiki bar" charge on our bill that I may not have noticed if I didn't get a copy of the receipt. I never gave my room number out to anyone, so I'm not sure where that came from. It was eventually taken off the bill after being described as a "mix-up". Other than that, everything was great.

Ideal location on St. Pete Beach, with nightly live music options on the property (in back) and surrounding it. The on-site breakfast is a great value, not so much the dinner options, however. Room was clean with plenty of storage space. Water pressure on the weak side, but overall this is an excellent value beach hotel.

The rooms and property were very nice and well maintained. Everything felt clean, comfortable and inviting. The staff was welcoming and friendly, and housekeeping was quick to respond anytime we needed something. We appreciated the refrigerator and microwave in the room. The pool was nicely chilled and refreshing on such a hot summer day. We loved the extras like the hammocks and corn hole game. They added a fun, relaxing vibe.

Everything from check-in to checkout was great. The people were friendly and responsive, rooms were comfortable, pool and beach cabanas very nice and fitness room was well kept. We would definitely go back to this well-managed property.
Be advised, the parking lot OUTSIDE the hotel, before you get through the gate, is owned by scumbags. Do NOT park your car in any of the spaces. There is a sign warning you of this, but it's strategically positioned so you won't see it and no parking rate is posted anywhere. It is designed to be deliberately deceptive, but as long as you proceed directly to the front of the hotel, you won't have a problem and you won't receive a $100 parking bill in the mail.

This is the way a property should be run. We've stayed in several places around St Pete that have been hit and miss, but we would definitely come back here. It's not so big to be unwelcoming, but not so small that it doesn't have very nice amenities. Once we got past the parking snafu, it was all smooth sailing.

Overall this hotel was great. We brought our e-bikes with is and had no issue bringing them into our room. The hotel offered a ground floor room which made taking them in and out a breeze. The room was nice and clean and the ac was cold. This hotel was situated right on the beach and had many options for food and beverages close by. The food options with the hotel was very good. Looking forward to booking here again in the near future.

The location was great to get anywhere on Gulf Blvd quickly. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and updated and it was a short walk right to the beach. The hotel has complimentary cabanas and chairs in the beach which was great. The only downside is that there isn’t really any view of the beach from the room we had.

Sadly our balcony was facing a hotel that is being redone due to the hurricane and right below it was a big dumpster full of all sorts of materials so we never sat out there. Also bar on beach was being renovated due to hurricane but they did make a nice makeshift on the lawn area. No live music either.

Can’t beat the location right on the beach. Breakfast at the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. However, only cleaned the room every other day, no fan in the bathroom, didn’t replenish coffee pods in room. Granted late checkout, but was locked out of our room early. Treats for dogs, but none for paying customers.

The caveat here is that we came in Nov, 2024 shortly after the area experienced 2 hurricanes. That being said, we had a great experience. The staff were friendly, the pool was nice and the beach beautiful. The location was close to several restaurants and shops. It would have been helpful if the property had a list of nearby activities that were open given the circumstances. Overall, would recommend, definitely high value given price.
