Rooms were very nice and spacious for a family of five. Great location on the boardwalk. Parking is a little far away and makes unloading difficult.

This trip was a nice Mother's Day getaway for me and my husband with our toddler, he had a wonderful time playing in the indoor waterpark and at the beach.

Location was great and water park was a hit.

I did not get the room as pictured on their website which included a full fridge and table to eat.
There was a dishwasher but no starter dishes (no plates, forks, knives). Staff was slow to respond with utensils.
The game room and kids area was closed due to renovations but not disclosed prior to booking.
Lastly, the final bill the hotel sent me does not match the pricing I reserved through Travelzoo. I will need to contact them about the nightly rate discrepancy. (I know there was a resort fee and valet fee).

We enjoyed our stay which we booked through Zoo Travel. Being two seniors we sometimes felt uncomfortable using the parking area and felt the elevators could have been cleaner. We used the self park option only because if reading on line complaints about wait times for valet service. And when you are our age we don't have any time to waste🤗.

I went to Myrtle Beach for a convention and booked this hotel because the host hotels were full and it was close to the location. The staff was very helpful, the room was quiet, the views were spectacular, and the location was ideal.

Our stay was wonderful from the parking when we got there until checkout. The staff was super friendly. The rooms were clean with amazing views. The weather was not the best, but the indoor water park made up for fine we couldn’t spend at the beach. Great location, walking distance to the Sky Wheel entertainment area.
