Info at check in was spot on for good food, down to Kohr's ice cream. Our room was large and comfortable, but there's no glamour bath, which was fine with us. We enjoyed breakfast every morning. Rehobeth was a cute little town to walk around. The boardwalk is nostalgic. We had a great little visit

Carpets appeared dirty in high traffic areas of our room and high touch areas at doorways appeared dirty. A woman making omelets at breakfast was on her phone in between making food and did not change her gloves. Shuttle to the beach was helpful.

Such an elegant hotel. Very peaceful and serene while still being steps from everything. And it's short walk to the beach. It is an older property, but everything was just lovely. There were so many charming spaces to enjoy - the library with the fireplace, the two pools, the sunroom leading to the outdoor patio with the koi pond. The service was top notch. Everyone I encountered was extremely courteous and helpful. I popped into the spa just to look around and was served a mimosa.
The breakfast was amazing - so many fresh, delicious options, including an omelet station, and served in lovely space where you could eat inside or outside.
My only critique is that the beds were a bit too firm. Also, the room had a frig, but no microwave. Overall I loved it. I wish I had booked a longer stay! I will absolutely be returning.

The hotel itself, the rooms, the non-management staff, the location, were all excellent. However, the discretionary charges instituted by ownership and/or management were outrageously high compared with other hotels that we have stayed at in the area, the Avenue and the Hotel Rehoboth, every one of these charges are all included in their basic room pricing. First, they charged $12 per day for parking, they also charge $8 per day per beach chair. Then they also charge 15% for resort fee "to maintain the quality of services and standards our guests expect" plus 1% "social impact fee" - "to fund donations to organizations that align with the hotel's community impact mission and goals" plus another 1% "destination marketing fee", they don't even bother to explain what that means. None of those fees are charged at the other hotels or they are simply included in the price. In fact, they like these extra fees so much that they not only charge it on the price of the room, they even include the 11% in taxes that all hotels must charge into the computation of the fees, can't be much greedier than to compound their arbitrary charges on top of mandatory fees. The result of this compounding is that I was overcharged appx $18.50 from the confirmation that travelzoo sent me. I called and spoke to Danny and pointed this out to him and sent the travelzoo confirmation, he assured me that it would be taken care of, that was 2 days ago and still have not heard anything back.
As far as value for the money, I would have given this a 1 if we would have paid full price, but the travelzoo price was so great and we knew most of the fees in advance so I gave it a 3, but I do want to say that we were in Rehoboth the week before July 4, the Avenue, which is our first choice was full at our price range so we compared the Bellmoor and Hotel Rehoboth, similar rooms and similar prices but the Bellmoor total, including the 17% in fees, was almost $400 higher so we stayed at the Hotel Rehoboth. So, bottom line, unless there is a fabulous deal like the one from Travel zoo, we will not be returning

I was delighted to see such a full breakfast with so many hot options and constantly replenished during the breakfast hours. I have not seen that kind of hotel breakfast since COVID and it was a very welcomed sight. I would definitely stay here again!

During this visit, 1 staff member particularly stands out. Her name is Sue at the front desk. The check-in experience was wonderful. I asked for a larger bed if possible and she found us a magnificent room for our stay. We were an early arrival & I did not even think to ask if the room was ready but Sue thought to check and sure enough - it was ready! Sue completed our check-in experience in the most friendly & professional manner I have experienced in a great while. She is well-trained and an asset to the company. I can easily see her advancing in her career. Please feel free to share this with the Bellmoor management - I will be sending them a letter as well.

The decor throughout the hotel was "coastal elegance." Nice outdoor spaces. Relatively quiet neighborhood and it seemed to be very safe.

It's unclear why, but the bar was never open while we were there. It would have been nice to mingle with other guests over a drink or while relaxing in the courtyard.
This is probably not the best place to bring young children. The vibe is refined and restrained.

This was my second time visiting the Delaware Beaches. I decided to try this hotel because I received the Travel Zoo Promotion and oh my goodness, I’m so glad I did! From the time my boyfriend and I arrived until check out our experience was A+. The staff was so pleasant and gave us a lot of recommendations for food and fun. The hotel grounds were so beautifully maintained and very clean. The hallway/stairs even smelled freshly cleaned! The library was very relaxing if you wanted to sit, read a book or just take it all in. The complimentary breakfast was so good and freshly prepared. The young ladies at the omelette station were very nice and brought our food to our table. They even had freshly baked cookies for the guests in the evenings. My now fiancé :) and I visited the Nassau Valley Vineyards during our stay and he proposed!!! When we arrived back at the hotel and told the lady and gentleman at the front desk, they were so happy for us and gave us a complimentary bottle of champagne and two drink vouchers that unfortunately, we didn’t have a chance to use. Needless to say, I won’t stay anywhere other than The Bellmoor Inn when visiting now that this is our special place! Our stay at the Bellmoor was nothing short of lovely! The hotel was VERY clean, including the pool, guest room, and all common areas - no small feat for a beach-side hotel! The staff were all friendly and more than happy to help with any request. We had asked for a baby crib in advance and it was already in our room when we arrived! We were also able to park at the hotel even though we arrived several hours before the check in time, which made getting to the beach the first day really easy. All around a wonderful experience from start to finish and we will definitely be back!

What a delightful surprise! We live less than two hours from Rehoboth Beach so our usual pattern has been to go there in season just to spend part of the day. The low rate on Travelzoo prompted us to stay over one night at the Bellmoor Inn, which made for a relaxing getaway. While many of the shops were still closed, some were open as were many restaurants with no wait time. The Bellmoor is casually elegant with the friendliest staff, offering a comfortable and well-appointed room and charming social settings in which to relax. The breakfast was excellent with more choices than any person could possibly sample. I cannot remember the fellow's name who makes the omelet of your choice, but he is as delightful as the food he prepares. Many thanks, Bellmoor Inn. We will be back!

It was a great stay. The location is great. The spa is too expensive though. And the hot tub is big enough for 2 people for a whole hotel. That's not enough.

Room and common areas were relaxing. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location perfect for walking to the beach, restaurants, shops. The only negative was there was quite a bit of noise around my room, likely due to it's proximity to the kitchen, laundry, staff elevator.

Complimentary breakfast had very limited options. Silverware and glassware were questionably clean. I did not like that I was put in an "adjoining" room, as a single female guest. Could not sleep due to the amount of light that shown under the adjoining door and all around the entry/hall door.

Very nice place. My only objection is that it is impossible to open the windows. I was told that if I paid almost double we could have a room on the fourth floor with a balcony, in which the windows open. Seemed a little too steep, so we passed. The breakfast was excellent, the common room in the lobby had a fireplace, and the silver lining about the sealed room was that the unbelievably strong wind (all day and night for the entirety of our two whole days in town) had no impact, in fact we couldn't even hear the wind blowing.

We stayed at the Bellmoor for an overnight birthday celebration. The staff treat you as GUESTS from the moment of check-in. The Inn has so many intimate spaces to play games, chat or read by the fireplace, sit outside in the sun. Wonderful breakfast. Omelet station in addition to the usual hot breakfast of eggs, sausage, bacon, French toast, potatoes...It is a two block walk to the beach and good restaurants.

Because I booked with Travelzoo,I was given the worse room in the building. The view was obstructed and it was very noisy and busy. I was assigned a room near the housekeeping room. It was loud early in the am, and I was unable to sleep past 8am,

Beautifully appointed inn located in the heart of Rehoboth. It’s a short pleasant walk to the Avenue, boardwalk and beach. The breakfast offers almost anything you’d expect in a breakfast. The staff is friendly and professional. The common areas are welcoming and very comfortable offering books and puzzles.
We love that they have a no pet policy for those of us that are allergic.

Staffs were all excellent! Common area was wonderfully decorated & very pleasant. The room was very good size (we got a king with sofa bed room), wish windows could be open. Breakfast was same everyday, pastries were a disappointment, but again staff were super friendly & worked efficiently

The Bellmoor was perfect in every way. From check-in through check-out, the staff was consistently friendly, helpful, kind and delightful. The "library" was a great place for the four of us to visit in front of the fireplace, and our rooms were comfy and spacious. The breakfast was delicious, too! The location is convenient to the beach, shopping and restaurants--all within easy walking distance. We will definitely return!
