Only good thing was the location. Everything was pretty good walkable.

Before my trip was already experiencing confusion with my reservation. Besides 2 front desk employees that tried to help. Customer service was really lacking and disappointing. I’ve had to stop by the front desk to ask about administrative items every night of trip which is disruptive . For example I was getting texts stating my room was serviced even though I had “do not disturb” sign up. You can imagine how confused and alarmed I was. Then there are multiple holds on my credit card that now totaling $1000 when my stay was only $500 that now I have to wait to clear. Front desk was not able to answer any of these questions.
The design of the room also left a bit to be desired. Make no sense this hotel would charge a resort fee. Floor was concrete and not in the best condition and the one rug looked dirty. Not a towel rack in sight or a clock in the room.

Great location easy walk to attractions, as well as access to food & drink options. Hotel staff was professional, room was clean, nice touches to details such as reading lights in bed, rounded furniture corners (safe for children), and very comfortable quality mattress

Fantastic location, energetic atmosphere, and comfortable bedding.

You could hear every sound in the hallway through the doors. The bathroom sliding door did not slide (meaning you could not close the bathroom door at all). Housekeeping refresh of amenities was inconsistent. Wifi was incredibly slow, a frustrating experience that is exacerbated by the additional resort fee that "covers" it.

My only complaint about our room was the lighting. It was far too dim. I had to use the flashlight on my phone in order to read in bed and the one chair with lighting over it was also dim. Otherwise, the room was fine.

We have a 60 lb dog and he was allowed pretty much anywhere on the premises which was so great! Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was great, close to both DuPont Circle and Foggy Bottom.

Family with adult children holiday trip... arrived on Christmas afternoon. We were greeted at the entrance by the valet, a floor manager and another staffer BEFORE we event got to the restoration. Amazing and friendly welcome was noticed and appreciated. Every staffer from the bartender to the bellman was wonderful.
