Have always liked this hotel and will certainly return. But really liked your 'special' deal and hope you will repeat it again.

Love your hotel and I believe this was my fourth visit. One suggestion for the room: We lacked a 2nd chair and wished the chaise lounge was gone and a chair was in its place, along with the small table and the reading lamp. I wonder how many people really stretch out on the lounge to read or nap. I have never used a bulky lounger in my travels.

Kimpton Aaras is top notch in every way - staff friendliness, hotel and room cleanliness, restaurant food and coffee station, Valet parking staff, and location. This was my first time staying at a Kimpton hotel and I would love to return to this hotel again. What a great experience. My poodle & I both enjoyed our two nite stay immensely! Dogs are as pampered as the human guests. This was the perfect location to explore Ashville.

They were nice a tried to get us an upgrade for our anniversary but the room they wanted to put us in wasn't ready. We brought our dog so it being dog friendly was critical.

From the jump, the valet parking staff was wonderful. Offered to help me unload my vehicle and let me know they were there to help in any way. Then I met Barry! He was very courteous and helpful. He met my entire family and made us feel welcome. The staff at the restaurants, the room attendants, were all pleasant. I'll definitely be back.
