They were nice a tried to get us an upgrade for our anniversary but the room they wanted to put us in wasn't ready. We brought our dog so it being dog friendly was critical.

From the jump, the valet parking staff was wonderful. Offered to help me unload my vehicle and let me know they were there to help in any way. Then I met Barry! He was very courteous and helpful. He met my entire family and made us feel welcome. The staff at the restaurants, the room attendants, were all pleasant. I'll definitely be back.

It was luxurious with a bit of a boutique feel. Lots of nice upgrades to the toiletries provided in rooms to the complimentary bottled water to the happy hour offerings, which Kimpton is famous for.

I went for leisure and enjoyed my stay. I felt like it was really a 4.5 star hotel. The staff were great. The design was beautiful. It's the most eco-friendly hotel I've stayed at.

The hotel charges a $20 resort fee but then provides a coupon worth $20 at the restaurant or bar or 15% off a spa service. $20 covers one breakfast order with enough food for two.
