We enjoyed the staff the most. Brenda, hotel greeter, was so nice and accommodating. Gave the place a warm friendly feel like home vibe. The checkin guide Tim was super helpful and informative. The decor was fabulous and the village social restaurant had the best food! We thought it was so nice the van drivers came into the lobby to offer rides downtown, house, etc... All the drivers were great! So, my lasting impression lies with the amazing people that work at the Village. Cedric's was super nice place to eat too, lobster fondue was incredible!

The winery, shops and restaurants where right out our back door. Also we were able to tour the Biltmore house anytime instead of our reserved 8:45am tour time because we stayed on property.

your ad was misleading. For $244.00 per room (with tax, I reserved two rooms) You made it look like the Candlelight experience was included in the deal. I had to pay extra $95 for EACH of the four people I reserved for. That was way much more than I thought I was paying for an overnight stay. I am so disappointed since I have used your service before and was happy with it. No amount of pleading with your people and the Biltmore people could move them to include the candlelight tour. I surely will avoid any more dealings with you if I can help it. And make sure my friends know about your deceptive advertising.
