• To escape her violent former lover, Bess seeks refuge with Porgy, who's disabled. As Bess tries break free from her past, Porgy seeks to realize their future. Set in 1920s South Carolina, "Porgy and Bess" is a rich slice of Americana.

Mozart's "The Magic Flute"

• Dec. 11, 16, 18, 19, 20, 22, 23, 26, 27, 29, 30; Jan. 2 and 3, 2026
• Part earthly comedy, part dramatic mysticism, "The Magic Flute" is a story of light versus dark.  Prince Tamino embarks on quest to save the beautiful Pamina from Monostatos. A series of challenges will uncover who the real villain is in this timeless fairytale.

Bizet's "Carmen"

• Jan. 11, 14, 17, 20 and 23, 2026
• A libertine classic of love in 19th-century Spain is brought to modern America. When seductress Carmen meets the fiery Don José, their fates become entangled. A powder keg of devotion and passion is ignited in this contemporary production.
