Dating back to the 15th century, The Swan Hotel is a rural retreat in picturesque Lavenham, one of England's best preserved medieval villages in the heart of the Suffolk countryside.

Following a recent refurbishment, the hotel features individually designed rooms with oak beams, inglenook fireplaces and original medieval wall paintings, plus a cosy bar and lounge area with log fires. The Gallery Restaurant boasts two prestigious AA Rosettes. The property was recently voted Best Large Hotel 2011 in the Tourism Suffolk Awards and one of the UK's Top 20 Hotels in the Condé Nast Traveller Readers' Travel Awards 2009.
