Occupancy rules: Price based on up to two guests per room. Additional adults can stay for $20 per person, per night. Children 18 and under stay free of charge. Maximum occupancy for the Harbourview king room is three, maximum occupancy for the Harbourview two queen room is five.

Additional hotel-specific charges: 15% HST and 3% tourism levy per night are not included and will be paid directly to the hotel. Parking is complimentary.

The accessible room we booked had a standard height toilet that was very inconvenient. The sauna was down all weekend and we were double charged after we checked out.

I have booked a lot using travelzoo and have always had a great experience with perks most of the time. Rooms have always been nice no matter the amount we paid. This one was cheap but the rooms need a lot of work. The light in our shower was hanging out of the ceiling. There was no maid service which is fine if I no in advance as I am on holidays and I want someone to make my bed. The staff was friendly except for one set of breakfast staff who obviously did not like her job. I have had such good and fun experiences with my travelzoo choices that this really disappointed me. I am so glad we had lots of day trips to do and that we were not having to spend time at the hotel

The Inn itself was nice, the location was perfect. The room and view were just what I'd hope for. If I'm not mistaken, there is no air conditioning. There was a tall fan supplied and I brought my own rechargeable fan.

2 thing were on the negative side. Although breakfast was included, they found a way to get significant tips...by placing a 'bill-type' slip on your table. The 'cost' was listed at an exaggerated $50, with a credit of $50 for guests. Then a space for a tip, knowing of course that people would tend to do a -%-based tip on the $50. I found it tacky. A discreet tip jar would be simple. My 2nd note is that the Travelzoo voucher does not cover taxes. I am not sure if that was clear on the voucher purchase, but if not, it should be. However, while booking, the girl was very informative. The voucher was for a 'harbourview room' and at the time of booking, there were no harbourviews available. But one was found on check-in day. The girls at the desk were extra nice/helpful....

Room was not as described in the voucher and not a harbour view room, couch was broken, our room Was located in a different part from the main hotel, along with condo units. Breakfast was included in the rate however was worth $50 for 2 people and was not good quality.

Interesting hotel at the Summerside waterfront. The breakfast was full, but often cold or not appetizing. The location was great, and walkable to restaurants and entertainment.
