Voucher cancellation and refund policy: Within 14 days of purchasing your voucher(s), Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you do not have an active reservation with the hotel. Once you book your dates, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel's cancellation or rescheduling policy and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. If you have made a reservation, you must cancel your reservation directly with the hotel prior to refunding your voucher. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account.” After 14 days your voucher becomes nonrefundable. At time of purchase, you will have the option to make vouchers refundable until they expire, for a fee, but you will still be subject to the hotel cancellation policy if you have made a reservation.

Hotel cancellation policy: Once you’ve made your reservation, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel’s policy. Cancellations or changes must be made with the hotel within 72 hours of booking. After this period, the booking becomes non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or early departures beyond the 72-hour purchase window. One date change may be permitted if requested at least 72 hours prior to arrival, subject to availability. Requests made within 72 hours of the scheduled check-in date cannot be accommodated. All changes are subject to availability. The first approved date change is complimentary; any subsequent changes will incur a $50 change fee per request. If you cancel or change your booking in violation of the hotel's policy, you may be subject to additional fees or voucher forfeiture.
