The food was mundane, bland and not very flavourful. The portions were much smaller than other tea rooms I've been to. Tea selections were good. The staff was great. However, the bathroom needed cleaning.

We had a lovely high tea experience at the Brock. Our favourite sandwich was the roast beef on brioche. The atmosphere was fantastic, and our server was friendly and attentive. It would be nice to have some fresh fruit on the plate.

Everything about the High Tea was excellent. The venue was amazing. The view of the American falls so good even though we did not have a window seat. The food perfect and the staff lovely.

We had a shellfish allergy in our party and notified the hotel prior. Immediately when greeted by the high tea host he advised they were aware and it would be looked after. Our waitress was super and she explained that in lieu of the shellfish roll we would receive additional other items. It was excellent.

The location is great and the view of the falls is awesome. The service was lacking a bit, I think there was only one waitress. The washrooms also seemed a bit dated for the atmosphere.

The food was plentiful and delicious. We didn’t take note of what level we parked, and it took us 30 minutes to find our car. Lol. A reminder to others!
