Once you've purchased your voucher(s), follow the instructions on the voucher(s) to make a reservation directly with the merchant. The number of spots available at this discounted rate is limited and dates may sell out; we highly recommend booking early to get your desired dates. Voucher cancellation and refund policy: Within 14 days of purchasing your voucher(s), Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you do not have an active reservation with the merchant. Once you book your dates, changes and cancellations are subject to the merchant's cancellation or rescheduling policy and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. If you have made a reservation, you must cancel your reservation directly with the merchant prior to refunding your voucher. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account.” After 14 days your voucher becomes nonrefundable. At time of purchase, you will have the option to make vouchers refundable until they expire, for a fee, but you will still be subject to the merchant's cancellation policy if you have made a reservation.

Cancellation policy: Once you’ve made your reservation, changes and cancellations are subject to the merchant's policy. If you cancel or change your booking in violation of the merchant's policy, you may be subject to additional fees or voucher forfeiture. Once you’ve booked your dates, you can still change your travel dates directly with the merchant. Simply contact the merchant at least 60 days prior to your original travel dates to reschedule. Cancellations 30-59 days prior to trip departure will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations 29 days or less prior to trip departure are not permitted. If you cancel or change your booking in violation of the merchant's cancellation policy, you may be subject to additional fees or voucher forfeiture. Wildcoast Adventures Ltd. will not allow cancellation if you must cancel your trip due to last minute medical reasons, and recommend trip cancellation insurance. Trip cancellation insurance covers you if you have to cancel because of medical reasons. Please check with your credit card company as they may have this insurance included. Wildcoast Adventures Ltd. reserves the right to cancel any trip prior to departure due to unusual or unforeseen circumstances outside of the reasonable control of Wildcoast Adventures for any reason including but not limited to safety threats such as natural disasters or logistical problems that may impede the operation of a trip. If a trip has to be cancelled trip participants shall have the choice of: accepting from Wildcoast Adventures a substitute trip of equivalent or lessor value, where such substitute is reasonably available; or accepting from Wildcoast Adventures a full refund of all monies paid for the cancelled trip. Wildcoast Adventures is not responsible for any incidental expenses or consequential losses that may have been incurred as a result of the cancelled booking such as, but not limited to, non-refundable plane tickets or other travel costs, equipment, etc. Wildcoast Adventures reserves the right to issue a full refund in lieu of the choices above, in its sole discretion. Wildcoast will make every reasonable effort to contact you as soon as possible if it appears that a trip may be cancelled.
