We enjoyed our stay staff were great. Pool, hot was very enjoyable. The drive from Ottawa was over six hours a little to long for my liking. Once we arrived the scenery was beautiful

The staff is very helpful and attentive, especially in the breakfast area, Abil in the pool area who explained the temperatures of the pools, etc., the staff at the valet service, the housekeeping staff did a wonderful job in our room. A quiet and comfortable room. A beautiful stay.

The Fairmount Manoir Richelieu is absolutely top notch! The staff were incredibly helpful and professional. We ased to change rooms and there was no problem. Our second room was lovely.

The food was first rate as well. We ate elsewhere the first night and for the rest of the time we stayed put and ate at our hotel. The food was comparably priced.

The hotel was beautiful but the service was spotty. We had dinner at the Bellarive restaurant and we had to wait a while to be seated because the person at reception had difficulty figuring out how to get people seated. At the bar the waitress brought us the wrong drinks and then overcharged us on the bill.
I was surprised at the extra charges as I thought that the amount we paid through Travelzoo was the full amount but we paid over $100 in extra charges at the hotel over and above what we paid for dinner and at the bar.

The selection of wine at the restaurants are horrible and expensive, none of them score more than 3.8 on the vivino app. One of the main reason I had my dinner at other locations.
