My problem was room specific. The hotel is nice and the location is perfect. However, our room seemed to be directly over a mechanical or HVAC room and there was frequent banging of pipes that made it difficult to sleep. Also a used room service tray from the room adjacent to us was left in the hall for over 24 hours and only removed when we asked the front desk. Half eaten food in the hall is unsightly and attracts pests.

The HVAC noise every 45 minutes waking us. Did not get a good rest. Staff were painfully slow to serve us at the bar, not providing cocktail napkins we had to ask and when we wanted to pay we had to go to the cash to get their attention. Room was to dark did not have enough light to properly iron clothing.

Clean rooms. Excellent location. Convenient restaurant.. Water bottles complimentary.
The hotel issues the vouchers in USD but the restaurant cannot accept USD. This is a major source of confusion as the $15 Travlezoo voucher ended up causing us a lot of time and energy to clarify and receive. The restaurant managed to arrange a resolution in the end. This is a process error which really needs to be rectified with Marriott .

Apples in the lobby for Marriott Bonvoy members was a nice surprise. Valet was a nice service through Travlezoo.
