No hotel brand emulates castle living quite like Fairmont, and this 19th-century 4.5-star manor is no exception. The Michelin-keyed hotel effortlessly blends historic elegance with contemporary comforts, all set against sweeping views of the St. Lawrence River. Booked a 3 night spring get away! Enjoyed the available restaurant locally and in the hotel, as well as shops/galleries in Malbaie and Base St. Paul. Of note, however, not all shops & galleries are open until mid May.

I am new to the Accor loyalty program, so was not expecting any upgrades, but we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a large suite. We thoroughly enjoyed drinks in the Bar overlooking the St. Lawrence, and book the St. Laurant restaurant for our last night. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay.

Loves the upgrade to a Riverview Room. The other extras that the Travelzoo offer included like the free buffet breakfast, valet service and the resort free were awesome!! The outdoor pool, hot tubs and saunas formed a warm magical retreat in the dead of winter and this was our favourite amenity.

Nous avons absolument adoré notre séjour. On aurait souhaiter rester plus longtemps. Il y avait tellement d'activités différentes à faire à proximité. Nous avons apporté notre chien et tout s'est bien déroulé. Nous avons fait du patin, nous avons fait du ski de fond

Great room and package.
Service a little sloppy, frayed bathroom carpet beverchanged in spite of call, room carpet not vacuumed, crumbs on floor for two days, reception not responsive to problems, no excuse.
Price for glass of wine excessive ($36 for a normal Chablis)
