What You Need to Know

- Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be made prior to 3 p.m. local time, seven days before arrival
- Booking note: The following fees are included in the above pricing:
- Eco Fee ($3 per room per night, plus tax)
- Resort fee ($12 per room per night, plus tax); the resort fee includes parking, unlimited use of non motorized water sports equipment, firewood for use at the resort fire pit, beach towels, coffee/tea service in the lounge and more
- 3% Destination Management Fee
- Price based on up to two guests sharing a room; additional guests are an extra $35 plus tax per night
- Children 12 and under stay free of charge when using existing bedding
