Clean room, staff very nice. Pool was transitioning during my staff and unavailable so can't comment. Room fixtures showing a bit of wear, but nice aesthetic.

Right from check in to beyond check out this hotel performed. We forgot several key items behind and when inquiring about them the staff found the items and were very prompt at informing us of this. We would definitely stay here again.

When I complained at the front desk I was asked “did I not get the e-mail regarding this and I responded “yes, on the day I checked in.” I got a “sorry”.

The pool , pool deck with fire tables, food and beverage service in the pool area were heavily advertised as the main feature of this hotel and were CLOSED for the duration of our visit. It was the reason I chose this hotel.

The staff were amazing, truly impressive. Happy Hour at the pool was our highlight! Buffet breakfast was a bit expensive for the choices and amount of food. They charged our daughter adult prices even though she ate the least. We cancelled our next day reservation.

Happy hour at the pool was our favourite part. We now know what to expect and hope to be back.

I drive an EV. I was happily surprised to find 4 charging stations recently installed in the parking garage. I phoned the week before and was told they didn't charging stations. They were installed that week.

Booked in on this amazing deal to enjoy a night in Calgary for a concert. We checked in early to enjoy a quick swim and appies by the pool and then went to the concert.

The pool is lovely. You can't beat the location. Nice view from our room, could see the mountains. Staff was excellent, kind, quick and courteous. Also the staff at Yellow Door was unreal. So accommodating and eager to make the experience as good as possible.

Front desk staff was amazing, special call out Gilbert who went above and beyond to being friendly, courteous and helpful. The oysters were amazingly fresh and crisp, and the fondue was an exceptional treat (Yellow door in-hotel Restaurant) Thank you to all the staff.
