The hotel is modern, the rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable, the shower is very nice. The Travelzoo perks (breakfast and a bottle of wine) made the stay great value. And although there's only one non-Tesla EV charging station, it was available when we arrived after our dinner.

This hotel was very comfortable, starting with a really pleasant reception and dining area. We ate both breakfast and dinner in this area, because the food was good, and the atmosphere inviting. Normally we would prowl the town for fun options.
Our bedroom provided us with everything we needed for an overnight stay, such as a microwave, and fridge, two comfortable chairs for watching TV, really great beds and pillows! We joked that we might move in permanently.

Once again my only complaint is their bedside lamps have the switch too far up to reach easily. They need to have maintenance move the switch down closer to the bed so I needn’t have to get out of bed to turn the light off at night. As I am handicapped it is dangerous at night trying to find the switch 8n the dark.

Easy to get to but a bit far from NOTL which we knew when we booked. We got stuck in elevator. One had already been out of commission for a while so this was not fun. Staff is very friendly. Shower is beautiful but badly designed. You can’t help but get a cold shower and get your hair wet when you get it started.

Everything about our stay was very positive. Check-in was welcoming and without any problems. We appreciated the bag of dog goodies and bottle of wine that were part of the promotion. Our request for a ground floor room was fulfilled with a lovely, spacious and attractively decorated room overlooking a nice wooded area at the back of the property so it was also very quiet. The room amenities were very good quality. We enjoyed an excellent breakfast buffet the next morning. The location was convenient both for arrival and for our various destinations in the area. The only reason I gave Location 4 stars is because the physical location is basically just off the QEW in a sort of hotel row/light industrial commercial area. If you're thinking picturesque Niagara-on-the-Lake, that's a 15/20 minute drive away. This did NOT bother us, we know the area well and all the spots we wanted to revisit, NotL, Niagara Falls, the Niagara Parkway, are within very easy driving distance. We would certainly stay in this hotel again.

The location was great. It was half way between Niagara Falls and Niagara on the Lake Main Street. Lots of free parking. Breakfast was good! They accepted dogs for a fee. We like to travel with our dog if we are within Ontario. Location was a short commute to the Niagara Falls dog park. Staff were friendly and welcoming. It was easy to check in and out. The only downside to this hotel was there were not a lot of places to go walking because it was kind of in an industrial area.

We went off the main area to have dinner. We went to Bricks and Barley 1573 Four Mile Creek Road in Niagara on the Lake. It was great for pizza and the Crème Brûlée was awesome.
