Everything was great. Nice clean room. City view of the casino was nice. Comfortable beds bedding and pillows. Lovely towels. Service fabulous. David checked us in was very friendly professional and helpful. Highly recommended

The hotel was great. Howver, the extras that were advertised through travelzoo were not the greatest deal, and not exclusive to the travelzoo offer. The food vochers were given to all hotel desks, the only exception was the Ruth's SteakHouse vocher which was increased to $75. The best addition was the casino vocher. Would rather have had parking included in the travelzoo offer.

We had a wondeful experience. My two kids & I loved our room and we also enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi.
We came for the John Legend concert and it was so convenient as this hotel is linked to the casino. Plus they have a pretty good food court with a variety of choices.
It's definitely a great place to stay with kids as you don't habe to go outside to pick up food or go out to eat. I can see this to be an even better place to stay once it gets more colder in the winter months.
We had exceptional customer service from everyone! We will definitely be staying here again.

Room was very clean with lots of space. Excellent location for walking indoors to casino. Multiple restaurants and a convenience shop right on site. Our city view was a bit noisy at night/early morning with truck back up beeps but overall it was an excellent experience.
