On the doorstep of Stanley Park in a tranquil West End neighbourhood, this all-suite hotel combines residential-style comfort with an unbeatable location. Each suite comes with a full kitchen and plenty of space to stretch out, so you can slow down and live like a local through the summer.

- Booking note: A 1.26% Destination Marketing Fee applies to all bookings and is included in the prices listed above
- A two-night minimum stay is required Fridays–Saturdays
- For One Bedroom Suites, rates are based on two guests; extra guest fee applies for the third and fourth guest (age 12 and up); maximum occupancy is four guests
- For Two Bedroom Suites, rates are based on two guests; extra guest fee applies for the third to sixth guest (age 12 and up); maximum occupancy is six guests
- Please do not include children, ages one to 11, in occupancy

The weekday manager Dennis was very kind and helpful. Also Megda from the laundry was very nice and helpful.

The weekend manager Tag I believe is his name was rude, dismissive, sarcastic, argumentative and should not be dealing with the public. I showed him that laundry was available from 7am to 6pm on your website and he told me it was only available from 6-8pm which is a rediculous window of time when people go for dinner etc. I observed the same behavior with other guests as well. Small issue but the garbage pales are the smallest I have ever seen anywhere in the world and I had to ask for more of them.

Good, quiet, clean hotel. Parking, even inside is a challenge, but that’s just the West End in Vancouver. The underground parking, like the hotel shows its age…. very tight. But I am grateful anyways as street parking in this area is NOT recommended. The hotel itself shows its age but it is cement construction so noise is non-existent. Hotel management is responsive. The location is PERFECT, for those who want to be close to Stanley Park, which is beautiful.

Staff are friendly and very helpful. Go out of their way to help. Even though the hotel is going to be torn down it is still a very nice hotel to stay at. The suites are very spacious. Just wish I would have checked out Kathryn Hepburn's suite, but ran out of time.🫤

The location and size of room and full kitchen made the value of this stay. Close enough to walk to food and excursions. Can’t find a better price for this.
The furniture including bed were uncomfortable which made it hard to spend time in room relaxing. That would be the only reason I would consider not going back there.

After a poor start (we had to wait at front door before being let in) and lask of heat in the room, things improved (although we were never offered the chance of an upgraded room)

The heating system was an additional fan to be plugged into the wall, because the heaters in the rooms were not efficient. Once we met some staff we were familiar with we were happier and the location is always appreciated

The mattress! Let’s face it, the bed makes it or breaks it. And this mattress breaks it! It was so hard and noisy and impossible to have a decent sleep on it. A good mattress cover would help a lot that’s for sure.

Excellent stay. We were upgraded to a larger unit. Friendly staff, great location near the park. The rooms need a refresh, but for the price, it was a good value.
