From the moment we arrived until we checked out, the staff was friendly and efficient which made for an enjoyable experience.. The hotel is starting to show its age but is very clean and inviting. The breakfast buffet provided a lot off good options.

The staff was very accommodating and explained that nothing could be done to ensure the type of guests that get the rooms next to ours.

At check-in, we were offered an upgrade to a suite however, a family of 4 (with 2 young children) checked-into the room next to ours. The noise from the room next door was unbearable ! The entire family was loud ! We called front desk at 11 PM about the noise and all they could do was call the room and tell them to not disturb other guests.
