Enjoyed Most
We were a group of 3- couple and a friend. The check-in experience was pleasant. The room was nice if on the smaller size but, didn't feel cramped. The breakfast was decent but the best feature was the excellent location. The hotel overlooked the Dufferin terrace and most attractions and restaurants were at a walking distance.

We opted for on-site valet parking at additional cost so would like to have invoice showing the updated extra cost.

Nice hotel. Just issues with the shower. I heard a few others saying the same thing, maybe have maintenance do a sweep of the bathrooms.

The staff are incredibly gracious and welcoming. The room was cozy, the continental breakfast was just perfect, we have a lovely view from our room and the location was central to everything!

Hotel was comfortable, nice breakfast and excellent location with a view of the St. Lawerence River. The tables with the games built in was a highlight for my friend and I after an evening out. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming.

Hotel is in a very good location. Rooms are a little dated and quite small. The breakfast was adequate but nothing to write home about. Staff were very friendly and nice.

I would stay here again for the great location , but I would not pay for breakfast if it was not included.
