The Travelzoo price was exceptional. The hotel was perfectly located just outside of Old Quebec with beautiful view overlooking a park, parliament, and the Fairmont in the distance.
The room was very clean and staff were friendly. Can’t wait to go back!

The hotel overall is nice.
Other Comments
a discounted rate was offered , but the rooms provided were clearly the ones the hotel would struggle to sell otherwise. I had to switch rooms, and both were uncomfortable enough that most guests would likely complain.

Relatively close to old city… but not close enough for me. Couldn’t reach it on foot.

New wing but seems incomplete. A/C malfunctioning, pass to enter garage malfunctioning. No bedside table and no bedside lamp or light.

My partner and I were travelling with his sister. Had a wonderful time, excellent location for old Quebec and just. walking around looking at the beautiful architecture. Had to change rooms because of water leak but the situation was addressed quickly. LOVED the hot tub outside...it was so relaxing. Thank you so much

Wasn't sure whether this hotel was close to Old Quebec City. We were pleasantly surprised to see that this was next to the Plains of Abraham, across from the Parliament Building, one block from the wall, and around the corner from Grande Allee which is the mecca for restaurants and nightlife. Perfect location!

Feels like an upscale hotel without the price but with all the beauty, service, rooms and amenities.
