Very friendly and helpful staff. The room as large but showing it’s age. Balcony in rough shape and ceiling. The spa experience was excellent as was the breakfast.

Breakfast was Phenomenal. Not sure why resort is charging $51 + tax resort fees, you don't get any value or service for that. "Pure money grab" by the hotel.

Came for 51st anniversary with Travelzoo package. Hotel is updating but room was large. Surprised when making the reservation mentioned our anniversary but no acknowledgement - thought a bottle of wine(they own Adamo winery next door) or something would be done!!! Breakfast buffet was varied and staff good.

Great place, nice and clean. Both indoor and outdoor pools were great. Room was clean and a great size (king room).

Was told Babboo closed at 10 by the front desk but when we got there at 9:30 we were told they were already closed. We weren't given any alternatives and were about to leave to drive to Orangeville for food. Addressed this with the front desk staff and she didn't offer any alternative plan or solution, other than "I'm sorry now I know what time they actually close for the future." Eventually Rochelle from the bar saw us standing around figuring out what to do and offered to seat us and serve us food from the kitchen (maybe everyone wanted to go home early that night?) Staff throughout the resort were also not too welcoming. Nathan at the bar did not even look at my wife and I for a good 10 min (not even acknowledge us, even though I waited patiently as he was making drinks for others). Eventually we went outside to sit, just to get 2 drinks. Thought for the small resort vibe, there would be more friendly hospitality? Matthew at the front desk was nice.

We went for Mother's Day weekend and enjoyed the overall experience, however, the resort has started to be less impressive. The restaurant staffing are kids who look like they've just been hired...they have no knowledge of anything on the menu/drinks and this is disappointing given the high cost of the items on menu. They look overworked, stressed, and just overall not happy. My partner's fish was so overcooked that it was dry and I was given the incorrect order...I ordered striploin and received the filet which as tough and chewy. Quite disappointing, and we have always enjoyed and looked forward to dinners at Cabin.

Lovely room with a balcony looking over the golf course. Really enjoyed the winery and their "small plates". Went to the spa for a pedicure and the esthetician was lovely. Couple of little things. No commissary on site to purchase headache relief. Patio door was so heavy I could not open myself. Heat was hard to get at - behind a desk. TV was awful - in size and channels.
